It seems as if, every couple of weeks nowadays (especially here in The USA), we see national & state news headlines, either for or against reparations for the so-called Negroes in America, who are the descendants of slavery in The USA.
We hear the call for justice & reparations for the descendants of slavery all over the world, not just here in The USA. The descendants of so-called Negroes who were kidnapped, sold, shipped as cargo, and scattered throughout the four corners of the world are speaking out louder than ever, wherever they are. The same goes for the descendants of the so-called Negroes that were already in “New World Lands”, who were also taken captive and enslaved in-country or shipped to other lands, they are also speaking out louder than ever. They/we are crying out for justice! Here in The USA, those who survived the horrors of slavery had to also endure other atrocities & abuses through unjust Black Codes, Jim Crow laws, lynchings, land grabs, KKK & other terrorist groups, and other governmental & social-economic abuses which furthered the affliction of the so-called Negro. NOW is the time for The USA to right her wrongs. Now is the time for REPAIR! Empty apologies do not REPAIR, holidays & monuments do not REPAIR, museums & parades do not REPAIR—REPAIR is what is needed. REPAIR is the means towards justice.
Consider this blog as my addition to the records, an additional voice, which joins with the sea of other voices who are crying out for justice; it is heard & recorded in heaven, no matter what this nation does or fails to do! America: it’s time for you to help to REPAIR since you helped to destroy the so-called Negro, who are children of The Most High!
Alright, now that the above has been said, let’s move on to what the US nation and many of its citizens like to say, as excuses & reasons why they do not feel like repairing its so-called Negro citizens.
Many national leaders & every day citizens say things like:
- “Well…Slavery was a long time ago! Besides, I never owned slaves, in fact, no one alive today in America owned slaves!”
- “Why do my tax dollars have to pay for something I didn’t cause?”
- “Black people weren’t the only people who were enslaved, white people like the Irish were enslaved too… everybody was enslaved at some point, so what makes you people so special?!”
Let’s address the first set of points above, which are often made by those who oppose our repair. Well, even if the enslavement of the so-called Negro in The USA was “a long time ago” (which is not the case), the nation still has a responsibility to repair its so-called citizens who were generationally wronged by the nation. But, before we go any further, let’s look at the words which we all hear being used shall we? First, let us start with the root word of REPARATIONS which is REPAIR:

Repair, the root word in reparations deals with mending, restoring, and putting back in order. So that means, that there is no need for repair if nothing is out of order, broken, degraded, etc… And now, let’s look up the etymology of reparation:

As we see above, after damage by an aggressor has occurred, REPARATION is the act of mending, it is what is owed to make things right & just. What is owed is compensation, recompense, satisfaction for injury… or in other words REPAIR for the wrong which was done. So, The USA (along with other nations) says to their so-called Negro citizens: “NO, we will not REPAIR what we as a nation have done to you!” If that was how The USA operated across the board, then things might make more sense, logically at least, but as we know, this nation does not treat its so-called non-Negro citizens or other nations the same as the so-called Negro. Let’s take a look at how President Regan not only spoke about reparations for Japanese American citizens, but what the nation actually did (especially pay attention to what is said between the 0:49 second to the 3:47 minute mark):
It’s in no way unheard of for The USA to make monetary moves to repair & restore other races & nations, we know it’s a normal occurrence to see money accompany apologies, well wishes, thoughts & prayers when it comes to the REPAIR of other people (but not the Negro), just look below:

Keeping the above in mind, some may say “Well… That’s a comparison of apples to oranges, because there are no living people who were slaves now, slavery was so long ago”. So what about more recent history and current cases, where some living so-called Negroes are owed REPAIR? Wouldn’t a move to REPAIR so-called Negroes, a small group who survived abuse, terrorism, the massacre of family & friends, and PTSD, wouldn’t this be a perfect opportunity and example of this nation’s attempt to REPAIR some of their so-called Negroes, because it wouldn’t be “too” long ago, and the survivors would still be alive…You might have seen it in the headlines, and you may already know where we are going next/-let us consider the survivors of the Tulsa Oklahoma “Black Wall Street” Race Massacre. I mean, here is a perfect and up-to-date opportunity for this nation to REPAIR a remnant of some of its so-called Negro citizens, right? Well… What & how did the government do? See for yourself:
That’s right😑… The judge dismissed the case, and yet another chance for the nation to make right the wrong. Liberty & Justice for SOME, not all, proves to be the true reality of that motto once again. The 3 elderly survivors of the Tulsa Race Massacre have been denied REPAIR & Justice. Sad facts indeed… But let us move on to the other points from above which are used as excuses against reparations.
Why do your tax dollars have to pay for reparations? Well… for one, because that’s the precedent. As we saw in the photo collection of graphs & data above, The USA has paid trillions of US dollars (collectively), in repair & financial aid to others. The most recent, massive amount going to Ukrainians, both there in Ukraine and here in the USA. Billions of US dollars from taxpayer funds have been freely given away to Ukrainians, even now while a looming threat and signs of recession & US dollar collapse abound. And those billions of US dollars have expeditiously been given to The Ukrainians, without a national vote, study, protest, or prohibition… Most US citizens haven’t even blinked an eye, but don’t you dare mention repairing Negroes—“🧐What an unnecessarily controversial thing to bring up, in this current climate of economic uncertainty”, many will retort, if you bring up reparations for us so-called Negroes. But still, people do bring it up, as do I. We have taken the questions all the way up to The White House, and when pressed for answers concerning our reparations, we are consistently given responses like: “We will have new programs for education and/or home ownership”, or “We just made Juneteenth a national holiday, isn’t that great?!”, or “We have increased low-income benefits and support programs”, or “We will build a new monument to recognize and memorialize…”, all four of which might benefit all people in America, but none of which help to REPAIR directly nor exclusively the so-called Negro. But again, don’t believe me, see it for yourself:
Lastly, the excuse “Black people weren’t the only people who were enslaved, white people like the Irish were enslaved too… everybody was enslaved at some point, so what makes you people so special?!” I honestly cannot believe people are still saying foolishness like this. The Irish in America did not face the horrors of chattel slavery point-blank period.

No other people were utterly destroyed as a nation of people like the so-called Negro. The fact that most so-called Negroes today do not know or consider that they even have a national origin before slavery is telling. Did the Irish have their nation, their names, language, heritage, culture, religion, etc… beaten & whipped out of them? Was any other nation’s pride so destroyed and erased from their people to where they think today that their race & nationality is nothing more than a color (like Black), or do they retain knowledge of and pride in their country of origin till this day? Did any other people, lose themselves & country when arriving on these shores, or while enslaved in this land, like the so-called Negro? Did any other people group, have their families torn apart, where children were sold to this plantation, fathers to that one, and mothers to another? Did any other people have to watch their men, women, and children be beaten and raped with no rescue, justice, or repair? The answer of course is NO. So can we be done with all of those excuses already?
Let’s continue and end this on a more positive note because we know that all European Americans are not ignorant of what is right and what is wrong. Some European Americans are working towards changing the minds of the collective, and some are speaking up and making efforts to promote justice and REPAIR. I’m sure there are a number of examples, but for now, I’ll share just a couple more for reference:
At the very least, this nation could honor its historical commitment, its promise to provide & protect our “40 acres and a mule.” For those who, like myself, were never educated on the original plans and orders outlining these land rights, I recommend exploring the actual documents for a more informed understanding. https://www.pbs.org/wnet/african-americans-many-rivers-to-cross/history/the-truth-behind-40-acres-and-a-mule/
One last thing, this is not about reparations for all racism, NO! It’s about reparations for those who need repair after chattel slavery and the treatment which followed, for more on this point you can listen to this: https://youtube.com/watch?v=V4GbJjxOELc&feature=sharea
And if you ever think, or if you ever hear someone say “Well… There isn’t enough money to pay reparations”:
Reparations are coming, our redemption draws nigh, and how do we know? Because it’s going according to the writings we can read in Scripture. For more on this:
Until next time, shalom ✌🏾
