Did you click the link above first?… Ok, good.

Let the world celebrate their PRIDE; we, however, must continue to choose to HUMBLE ourselves.

Before you continue with your day, let’s take a moment to reflect.

While the world observes its holidays and remembrance months—such as June being their “PRIDE Month”— we, as a people, have our own set apart times to honor. Each of which centers on our HUMBLENESS and a conscious rejection of PRIDE. Foremost among these are YAH’s set-apart days, as discussed in our previous blog:

If we choose to acknowledge other so-called holidays/holy days and calendar-based celebrations, let us ensure that they all align with what pleases YAH—according to His Word, and not our opinions. In 2023, Dr. Yoshiyahu, the Moreh (Teacher) at The ARK, declared June as “Hebrew Humility Month” in honor of YAH. This June, let’s revisit that lesson and strive to become YAH’s set apart and humble people—HalleluYAH!

Should anyone question the authenticity of Hebrew Humility Month, remind them to apply the same scrutiny to all of the secular and world religious remembrance & celebration days and months. For further reflection, consider these related blogs:

So family, let us do what we are instructed in Scripture to do, let us live our lives aiming to please our Father in heaven. We can’t stop the heathen nations from fully heathening it up, but while we prepare to leave & cleave, come out of Babylon and seek The Kingdom of YAH, let us reject all things prideful! Let the people of the world glorify in their PRIDE, as we continue to seek to HUMBLE ourselves and obey The Most High YAH!

It’s gotta be about Humility over here! Humility—it’s a Hebrew thing, the world cannot understand. We don’t have any months in our calendar that celebrate PRIDE; this month — along with every month — must be about humbleness.

“I will bless the Lord (YAH) at all times; His praise will always be on my lips. My soul boasts in YAH; let the oppressed hear and rejoice. Magnify YAH (not self pride) with me; let us exalt His name together.”

Psalms‬ ‭34‬:‭1‬-‭3‬

🔹 John 3:30 (our pride and ego must decrease if Yahoshua (The Messiah) increases in our lives)

“He must increase; I must decrease.”

🔹 Proverbs 11:2 (Humility brings wisdom)

“When pride comes, disgrace follows, but with humility comes wisdom.”

🔹 Proverbs 16:18 (Warning against pride)

Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.”

🔹 Proverbs 8:13 (Fear YAH — hate pride & evil)

“To fear YAH is to hate evil; I hate arrogant pride, evil conduct, and perverse speech.

🔹 Proverbs 16:5 (YAH detests the proud)

“Everyone who is proud in heart is detestable to YAH; be assured — he will not go unpunished.

🔹 James 4:6 (Grace to the humble)

But He gives us more grace. That is why it says: “YAH opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”

Lastly, here are some passages from the book of Sirach to meditate on as well:

🔹 Sirach 10:7, 12–13 (Pride is hateful and brings destruction)

Pride is hateful before Elohim and man: and by both does one commit iniquity.”

“The beginning of pride is when one departs from YAH, and his heart is turned away from his Maker. For pride is the beginning of sin, and he that has it shall pour out abomination:and therefore YAH brought upon them strange calamities, and overthrew them utterly.”

🔹 Sirach 3:17–20, 24 (Humility brings favor, pride misleads)

“My son, go on with your business in meekness; so shall you be beloved of him that is approved. The greater you are, the more humble yourself, and you shall find favor before YAH. Many are in high place and of renown: but mysteries are revealed to the meek. For the power of YAH is great, and He is honored by the lowly.”

“For many are deceived by their own vain opinion; and an evil suspicion has overthrown their judgment.”

🔹 Sirach 10:14–15 (Pride leads to uprooting)

“YAH has cast down the thrones of proud princes, and set up the meek in their stead. YAH has plucked up the roots of the proud nations, and planted the lowly in their place.”

Until next time, shalom ✌🏾

Rejoice in YAH’s rainbow—
a masterpiece of covenant light,
painted across the heavens for us
as a sign of His mercy & might.

We shield our homes & hearts with truth,
resisting PRIDE’s deceptive glow;
knowing not all rainbows speak of YAH—
some rise to mock, not bow below.

YAH’s covenant stands above—beautiful, unshaken, pure—
and under His covenant banner we Humbly endure.

I AM: Hebrew—by blood Israelite—by covenant American—by way of birthright citizenship Awakened—by The Word & Spirit of YAH I blog about things that we often all see around us, things that we see in person, online, or on TV— and I offer functional & Scriptural perspectives on such matters. I believe that Scripture is key to understanding this thing we call life: “ALL Scripture is breathed out by Elohim (God) and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for setting straight, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of Elohim might be fitted, equipped for every good work.” ‭‭Timotiyos Bĕt (2 Timothy)‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬-‭17‬ ‭TS2009‬‬ https://bible.com/bible/316/2ti.3.16-17.TS2009 And that everything we do in life will be judged by The Creator of life, so it's best to understand the conclusion of The Matter: “Let us hear the CONCLUSION OF THE ENTIRE MATTER: FEAR ELOHIM AND GAURD (KEEP) HIS COMMANDS, for this applies to ALL mankind! For Elohim SHALL bring EVERY work into right-ruling (judgment), including ALL that is hidden, whether good or whether evil.” ‭‭Qoheleth (Ecclesiastes)‬ ‭12‬:‭13‬-‭14‬ ‭TS2009‬‬ https://bible.com/bible/316/ecc.12.13-14.TS2009
