By now, everyone likely has seen or at least heard about the LGBT-led praise & worship opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games. The criticism, backlash, and outrage will continue to grow (at least until the next outrage trigger presents itself, that is), thanks primarily to Christians around the world who were offended by what many have expressed: the Olympic ceremony was nothing but a mockery of (their idea of) “Jesus’ Last Supper”. Now, the whole thing should have had nothing to do with sports, but it does when it comes to the Olympics because the Olympics are the “Greek games”, and if they follow Olympic tradition, it should connect to Greek culture & rites. Before we jump into this, if somehow you have yet to see for yourself what happened, check out this short (but sadly not short enough) clip below, which shows just a few perverted scenes from the opening ceremony:
So yes, the ceremony was definitely pro-LGBT, and yes, it definitely showcased pagan Greco-Roman idolatry, but a lot of Christians really felt their indignation rise as the ceremony “crossed the line” for them, with “The Last Supper” mockery. The ironic thing is that “The Last Supper” painting itself, along with most other European Christian depictions, actually mock Biblical truth as they push so-called white supremacy ideals along with pro-LGBT displays.

Quickly (because we’ve talked about this in previous blogs), I want to point out just how idolatrous/pagan/polytheistic/anti-Messiah the Greek religion and the Greek Olympic Game ceremonies are… All Bible believers should know and never forget this.
Two months before the Greek Game’s opening ceremony, there was another ceremony that kicked things off for the Olympics. You will see three videos below, that covered the Olympic Flame & Torch Lighting Ceremony, and it was full of nothing but pomp & circumstance, Greek pageantry & paganism. The Olympic Flame Ceremony presenters claim that its Greek Religion Priestess & the worship adherents were merely actors performing reenactment displays, but I want you to click each of the three videos below, and skip around, you don’t have to watch them fully like I did 😑, but watch at least a few seconds at random points, and ask yourself “Is this just harmless reenacting?”
The first video you saw above, was the first I saw on the day of the lighting, it’s short and gets straight to the lighting of the torch. I then watched the other two over a couple of days, and I was going to blog about that ceremony that week, but I see why it was better to wait until now for a more complete exposition. The first video minimized what was actually going on, but the second and third videos give you a fuller picture. While the first video, the one which was presented to Americans on NBC, made it appear as if this little ceremony was just happening in a small clearing, with a few participants and attendees. The second and even more so, the third video better display just how major of an event this was, and how much money and dedication was put into making it happen. There were International: leaders, militaries, and dignitaries present; and they made their declarations in various languages. There were national & Olympic anthems that accompanied national & Olympic flag-raising ceremonies. There were song & dance routines by the young & old. There were thousands in attendance and hundreds of work hours which were contributed to the setup of the ceremony. This was more than just a high-priced, lackluster reenactment, I assure you, this was a real-deal pagan praise & worship ceremony. Did you see and hear the invocations, did you watch as that priestess prayed on behalf of everyone there as she called out to multiple Greco-Roman gods?
The many nations and languages were heard and seen—united as one. They gathered, honoring and calling out to various gods. Those in attendance applauded and stood in agreement as their praise leaders dedicated their time, effort, plans, and money to their gods. It was all about pagan polytheistic worship, and they displayed to the world their love and devotion with their hearts, souls, minds, and strength.
Considering all the above, it should seem strange that only now at this level, people have decided to voice/type the overwhelming amount of decry and outrage for Greeks being Greeks… It is strange because, after all, it’s the GREEK Olympic Games… They are just getting back to their Greek roots.
Let us never forget that nudity and perversion (along with idolatry) were also part of their Greek games… We can look at their ancient nude artwork of course, but as we also talked about this in previous blogs, we don’t need to look much further than what their word for gymnasium means:
Alright, let’s close this one out, as I stated above, addressing the popular point of contention, that the 2024 Summer Olympic Games mocked Christianity… Christianity itself is a mockery of The Bible and the Truth! I implore you to watch this video from Dr. Yoshiyahu Dauid, I can assure you, that you will hear some things presented that others are simply not thinking or saying (especially at the time this blog is written), and even if you disagree as you’re watching, do the wise thing and listen to the whole matter fully first, then consider, research, and reconcile your thoughts.

I forgot all about a few certain things that happened before, during, and after these ceremonies… until I watched this video below that is. On the day of the flame lighting the sun didn’t shine when they needed to light the Olympic flame from the sun’s rays, then during the opening ceremony rain fell from the skies, and lastly the so-called “city of lights” became the “city of no lights” after the power went out following the opening… All their honor, praise, and praying to their multiple gods didn’t help them at all lol

You have ironically shown your ignorance in more ways than one lol. I know about Dionysus and the rest of the Greco-Roman religions… Did you not see the tell in the title of the blog alone? Perhaps you missed those points… It seems that you failed to read the blog (or at least the title) without even the slightest bit of comprehension. I’m sorry about the confusion. Perhaps in future blogs, I might be able to make those points more surface-level for you.
