After you watch this video, pray for this young sista’s family & friends, who now have to go on living and struggling without her😔 and pray for shalom, considering that they will likely have unanswerable questions for the rest of their lives.
If she was battling depression or suicide, long term or short, we must never forget that spiritual warfare is ever present and increasing. Spiritual attacks must be understood for being more than just biochemical responses, and we must be on the look out for them in ourselves and all those with whom we come into contact. There are many attacks which we must fight against, be they SPIRITS of: depression, guilt, doubt, suicide, anger, dependency, melancholy, etc… I was depressed and I almost committed suicide back in my 20s… I never saw it coming nor recognized it as a spiritual attack at the time… but I know now, so trust me, I know how easy it is to fall victim to the spirits of depression and hopelessness… and yet The Spirit of Yah, is greater—HalleluYah!
If you ever need to talk, talk to Abba Yah first & foremost, and don’t forsake talking to your tested & proved friends & family… talk to someone about what is going on, you’re not the first to battle your own mind, and you’re not alone. No matter the hour, call someone immediately, if suicide ever seems as if it’s the better/best option; it’s not an option which anyone who knows you, would choose for you. So call someone and tell them that you’re contemplating suicide, people care for you more than you know. As I used to tell my troops, people would much rather get awakened at 3 a.m. by a call from you, than by a call about you.
“A final word: Be strong in The Master and in His mighty power. Put on all of Yah’s (spiritual) armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against EVIL SPIRITS in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on every piece of Yah’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of Yah’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace/shalom that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of The Spirit, which is the Word of Yah. 👉🏾Pray in The Spirit at ALL TIMES and on every occasion.
