Shalom, it’s been longer than I intended, I hope you’re doing well. Let us pick up where we left off, right back to talking about the so-called “Black people”: where they were taken captive from, and what they were called before they were merely renamed as nothing more than “Black people”.
The map above shows what Europeans previously called the landmass, prior to what is now commonly called “Africa”; yes indeed, Europeans previously called it “Negro Land”, I know… creative right? 🙄
Please click the link so you can see the map details for yourself. Now, everyone should know or at least consider, that none of the inhabitants of that region, ever called themselves “Negrolandian”, and how do we know that? Well, look at the original names of all the kingdoms represented on the map. Again, click the link and zoom in, look for yourself, don’t just take my word for it. There are kingdoms on the map, that do not have European names, go figure. So that means that the European named places on that map, are the names which Europeans chose to rename them as, and again, they were not creatively named at all. Going from West to East on the West coast of the map, we can see the so-named “Grain Coast”, where the Europeans obtained grain, the so-named “Tooth Coast” where the Europeans obtained teeth/ivory, the so-named “Gold Coast” where the Europeans obtained gold, and the so-named “Slave Coast” where the Europeans obtained… yep that’s right. Again, not very creative, but it is what it is…
Now, let’s look deeper into the so-called “Slave Coast” and we will see (like we see in the other renamed “Coasts”), kingdoms/nations with non-European names.
Within the so-called “Slave Coast” we see The Kingdom of Judah or as it reads on the map: “Km. of Juda”. Another thing to consider, are you able to find a nation called “Black” or “Kingdom of Slaves” anywhere on the map??? Silly question I know, but what’s really silly is that every year during so-called “Black History Month”, “Black American People”, who are the descendants of enslaved people, are essentially led to believe that they are nothing more than an obscure group of “Black people” with an unknown & unimportant original country. “Black people” are annually reminded of their history, minus any foundational, off-shore details of who they were prior to scattering enslavement. Many so-called “Black people” are now sadly, a people who feel at home in the countries of their ancestors’ captivity but thankfully, over the last few years, many are awakening to this truth, and they are beginning to truly reconsider who they are and to whom they belong. A passage of scripture comes to mind:
“Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth! For the Lord has spoken: “I have nourished and brought up children, And they have rebelled against Me; The ox knows its owner And the donkey its master’s crib (home); But Israel does not know, My people do not consider.”—Isaiah 1:2-3 NKJV. And as the so-called “Black people”, begin to know and consider who they are and to whom they belong, they are also starting to realize the responsibility which they must fulfill. And with that, we will take our pause… If The Most High allows us to continue, when we pick up our discussion next time, we will further define according to the Bible, who these (often thought of as obscure), “Black people” of today are, and just how peculiar they are according to Scripture furthermore, we will see the detailed reasons for their persistent plight… that’s right, the cause & cure for these so-called “Black people” today is and always has been in the very Bible that’s been around long before the transatlantic slave trade… and get this, the Scriptures told us about the slave trade, thousands of years before it occurred, oh yes, you are going to want dust off your bible during these last few days of “Black History Month”, because you will see things in it that you never learned in church or school. We are going to see critical “Black history” in addition to a foretelling of the present & future, as only the Scriptures can.
Until next time, shalom ✌🏾
