In recent years, a growing body of evidence has emerged worldwide, revealing that many people of African descent (aka Negroes/Blacks) are, in fact, descendants of the Biblical Hebrew Israelites. A lesser-mentioned aspect of this narrative is that the Hebrew Israelites were prophesied to be scattered among all nations, as a result of captivity, as foretold by The Messiah Himself:
“They (Israelites) will be killed by the sword or sent away as captives (slaves) to all the nations of the world. And Jerusalem will be trampled down by the Gentiles until the period of the Gentiles comes to an end.”
Luke 21:24 NLT
The initial part of this prophecy was fulfilled. Our Israelite ancestors were indeed taken into captivity and scattered worldwide. Captivity occurred through both the Arab slave trade & the transatlantic slave trade, where millions of Israelites were forcibly taken from their homelands and transported to foreign lands as prisoners of war cargo on slave ships. The prophecy of this event is recorded in Deuteronomy chapter 28, which outlines the blessings and curses for Israel. Specifically, the last verse of this chapter, Deuteronomy 28:68, foretells the fate of Israelite captives being shipped away to distant lands because of their disobedience to The Most High YAH.
“And the Lord (יהוה, YAH) will take you back to Egypt (bondage/slavery) in ships, by the way of which I said to you, ‘You shall never see it again.’ And there you shall be offered for sale to your enemies as male and female slaves, but no one will buy you (buy you back/redeem you).”
Deuteronomy 28:68 NKJV
To understand why Egypt is often synonymous with bondage and slavery, let’s examine a few key verses that provide contextual understanding:

In recent times, several prominent Black celebrities have publicly declared, “Black people are Israelites, and here’s why…” However, their explanations are often overlooked and overshadowed by media accusations of anti-Semitism. Instead of engaging with the Scriptural and historical evidence presented, critics hastily label and reject these celebrities.
The truth is that anyone can verify the claims made by these celebrities by simply reading the Scriptures and examining verifiable secular history. By doing so, it becomes clear who is genuinely anti-Semitic, or in other words who is working against the descendants of Shem, the true Semites/shemites.
Regardless of how you came across this blog, if you have questions, rest assured that the Scriptures hold the answers. To delve deeper, I invite you to explore the four playlists below, featuring videos that combine Scriptural insights with secular history, archaeology, and anthropology. These resources provide irrefutable evidence and clarity on the topic.
Take your time to:
- Watch the videos
- Take notes
- Conduct further research
- Compare your initial thoughts with the factual and verifiable information you’ve learned
And then and only then — Reconcile your perspectives and ponder why you may have been led to believe the more commonly taught falsehoods.

To clarify, we Hebrew Israelites do not refer to ourselves as "Black Hebrew Israelites." This label is a byword, imposed upon us, and we reject it. We are simply Hebrew Israelites.
We also reject the notion that our awakening to our true identity is merely a "movement." This is not a trivialized man-made movement; our awakening is a fulfillment of Scripture, where it is written that we would remember our heritage and reclaim our identity in the lands of our captivity. References to this awakening can be found throughout Scripture. You can find these passages online or through the videos in the playlists above.
It's essential to understand that we Israelites are not Jewish, nor do we aspire to be. While some of us are from the tribe of Judah/Yahudah, with ancestors from Judea/Yahud, we do not follow the Talmud or identify with the customs of Ashkenazim Jews. We respect their right to their identity, but we are distinct and separate.
As Hebrew Israelites, we cannot be anti-Semitic, as we are descendants of Shem ourselves. We are pro-Shem, and our identity is rooted in the Scriptures.
Until next time, shalom ✌🏾

⚠️Update:
I’m disappointed to report that YouTube has once again removed two more exceptional videos from my “Israelite Proofs” playlist. These videos provided compelling responses to claims that people of African descent cannot be Israelites. Unfortunately, upon reviewing my playlist, I discovered that YouTube has “hidden” these informative videos. It is what it is… They can hate the truth but they can’t stop it!

Thankfully, I’ve managed to salvage one of the removed videos. I’m sharing it with you below. If you haven’t watched it yet, please take a moment to review it now, as I’m unsure how long it will remain available. The other video is still being located.
When I first watched this documentary in 2017, I found it helpful to break it up into smaller segments over a few days. I often suggest to people to do the same, as it’s conveniently divided into five parts.
My advice is to watch the video in its entirety first, and then fact-check the information presented. Only after hearing the whole matter and verifying the facts should you form your opinion. I must admit, I initially tried to refute the content, but after conducting my own research, I had to acknowledge the truth.
Lastly, I highly recommend the documentary series “Reclaiming The Throne.” You can stream it for free on Tubi, or access it on Amazon Prime and other platforms.
