Another so-called “Black History Month” (BHM) has come & gone, and along with not seeing widespread mention of our PRE-slavery origins, culture, and history during the month of remembrance & celebration, what other observances also occurred in the same month? Let’s speedily shed some light on a few other accompanying holidays & observances:
2nd of February —Groundhog Day
The second day of the month starts the day with a silly holiday observance indeed. Why is Groundhog Day even a thing, honestly 😂🙃? And the groundhog isn’t the only scurrying creature that has a day of commemoration in February, err, I mean, BHM 😂… Take a look at these two other creatures which share the day with the groundhog 🍿
14th of February —Valentine’s Day
I know, most people do NOT celebrate Groundhog Day, but they do celebrate other silly days, some of which are downright sinister & pagan days, holidays like Valentine’s Day which also takes center stage during “BHM”. 3rd Monday of February —Presidents’ Day
Alright… Let’s keep it moving, I said this would be quick… We had many other commeorative days, lets not forget about Presidents’ Day which now honors not just Washington & Lincoln, but other presidents as well, some folks even celebrate the current two former presidential winners, who are once again vying & lying for the opportunity to sit in the oval office for another 4 years 😂🍿 Joe & Donny… 4 years later, the same two politrickians…hilarious. Anyway, it’s another holiday where the namesake of the day, gets overlooked by those who enjoy the day off.

All praises to The Most High because with each passing year, month, and day, we are one moment closer to the time when the whole world will be able to say: our parents/government/schools/churches taught us nothing but lies, and now it’s time that we know & walk in TRUTH!

I know we won’t hear our origin stories widespread during BHM, I know, but at least we can hear, learn, and share some other things along with the “I Have A Dream” speech. Not too many have heard anything like this in school, church, or work during our BHM observances. And catch the point that many people fail to acknowledge in the @2:58-3:16 min mark.
Our slavery, our lynchings, persecutions, oppression, mockery, and other cursed plights are signs which tell who we are, and to whom we belong.

“And all these CURSES shall come upon you, and they shall pursue and overtake you, until you are destroyed, because you did not obey the voice of יהוה your Elohim, to guard (keep) His commands and His laws which He commanded you. “And they (the curses) shall be upon you for a sign and for a wonder, and on your seed (children), forever.”

“And it shall be, when all these words come upon you, the blessing and the curse which I have set before you, and you shall bring them back to your heart among all the nations where יהוה your Elohim drives you, and shall turn back to יהוה your Elohim and obey His voice, according to all that I command you today, with all your heart and with all your being, you and your children, then יהוה your Elohim shall turn back your captivity (slavery), and shall have compassion on you, and He shall turn back and gather you from all the peoples where יהוה your Elohim has scattered you.

and יהוה your Elohim shall put all these curses on your enemies and on those who hate you, who persecuted you. “And you shall turn back and obey the voice of יהוה and do all His commands which I command you today. “And יהוה your Elohim shall make you have excess in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your body, and in the fruit of your livestock, and in the fruit of your ground for good. For יהוה turns back to rejoice over you for good as He rejoiced over your fathers, if you obey the voice of יהוה your Elohim, to guard His commands and His laws which are written in this Book of the Torah, if you turn back to יהוה your Elohim with all your heart and with all your being.”
Our History, our Present, and our Future has been told, it was just hidden in plain sight, but now it’s time that we read it and live it out because—we are the people of The Book!
